Gaia Flooring is a young and rapidly growing company that specializes in the production and distribution of our very own high-quality flooring. We believe that “every step matters" when dealing with our materials and helping our customers. We are seeking a Warehouse Associate/Delivery Driver who will work a hybrid role that entails going out on delivery routes and working in our warehouse. The ideal candidate will be a team player with strong communication and customer service skills.
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:30 am to 4 pm
Location: 40577 Albrae St, Ste F, Fremont CA
Pay Rate: $20 - $23 hourly
Responsibilities:
-Going out on daily routes to deliver materials to our customers.
-Greeting and engaging clients with a positive demeanor during Will Calls and deliveries.
-Picking and packaging of products for Will Calls and deliveries.
-Organizing materials efficiently ensuring a manageable workspace in the warehouse.
-Conducting daily inspections on both forklift and delivery trucks.
-Data entry on daily inspection logs for company records.
-Loading and unloading full truck loads.
-Reporting damaged materials to make certain that inventory is accurate.
-Executing inventory counts.
-Maintaining excellent communication while maintaining a close attention to detail
-Understanding and adherence to all safety requirements relevant to this position

-Valid Driver's license with a clean driving record

Requirements:
-Valid Driver's license with a clean driving record
-Ability to speak Spanish (Preferred)
-Forklift experience
-Ability and past experience effectively operating large box trucks and/or flatbed trucks while performing deliveries
-Ability to operate a company smart phone
-Knowledge and ability to use Google Suite and other relevant applications for work tasks
-Ability to meet or exceed minimum productivity levels established by the company
-Frequent lifting of product up to 60 pounds
-Frequent bending, squatting, pushing, and pulling
-Ability and past experience effectively operating large box trucks and/or flatbed trucks while performing deliveries
-Ability to operate a company smart phone
-Knowledge and ability to use Google Suite and other relevant applications for work tasks
-Ability to meet or exceed minimum productivity levels established by the company
-Frequent lifting of product up to 60 pounds

Compensation: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
